These programs are offered in the form of accelerated weekly courses by certified trainers in the main gym, located on the first floor of our fitness centre. The most preferred activities of this program are Body Pump, Body Balance and Sh'bam. Have fun while working out and enjoy new experiences while keeping fit.
BODYBALANCE; includes Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates. It is designed for those who want to stay in shape, relax and reduce stress, increase mental clarity and feel good overall. This low-level light intensity fitness is highly preferred among older adults.
