Find Your Performance Rhythm at the Regnum x Balaban Hybrid Camp

In collaboration with Balaban Hybrid Training, Regnum x Balaban Hybrid Camp offers a fresh setting for those looking to take their training routine beyond the ordinary and bring a new rhythm to their performance.

Taking place from 29 October to 1 November 2026, the four-day camp brings together HYROX, Bootcamp, Mobility and running sessions, balanced with time to unwind, recover and make the most of Regnum’s spa facilities. The programme goes beyond high-intensity training, giving recovery and movement equal space throughout the experience.

We start off the camp with a Shake Out Run, offering a controlled start and an opportunity to ease into the pace of the days ahead. The run is designed to help you settle into the camp rhythm while preparing your body for the sessions to come.

Day two focuses on HYROX Session and Open Bootcamp. The HYROX Session combines running with functional stations, with a focus on endurance, strength and pacing. In the evening, Open Bootcamp brings the group together for a dynamic workout built around conditioning and endurance.

Day three begins  with a Mobility Session focused on flexibility and stability. Later in the day, the HYROX Simulation takes you into race format. You work on pacing, transitions and race strategy, and put the skills built in earlier sessions into practice.

Between sessions, you can rest and renew at the spa, the pool and in recovery, taking a break from an intense training pace. This makes it easier to make time for recovery, not just performance, throughout the camp.
