Terms & Conditions
General Information
Prices will be valid for accommodations between 01 April 2026 – 19 April 2026
After 19 April 2026 accommodations, contract rates and conditions will be applied.
Package is not valid during golf tournaments.
The hotel shall reserve the right to change prices and conditions.
Reservation & Payment
The package is offered for a minimum of 10 overnight stays, contract prices and conditions will apply for reservations less than 10 nights.
The daily package rate will be applied for stays exceding 10 days
Full payment shall be made upon reservation as Non Refundable.
Name changes will not be allowed for reservations
Golf & Buggy Usage
Buggy service is not allowed for under 18 years of age.
During tournaments, Tee times and Buggies will be provided depending on availability.
Night Golf is not included in the package, buggy can only be used during the game. Tee time reservation is required one day before the game.
Special Events & Inclusions
F&B services in Carya Golf /National Club house and golf course buggy bar soft drinks is included in the all inclusive concept
