Cancellation Policy
Please kindly find our Cancellation Policy as follows:
- Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.(Special Room types are not included) In this case we will refund the total amount paid to your Credit Card or Bank account depending on your initial payment method. Any extra charges will be at your own expense.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to penalty equal to the cost of first night stay.
- In case of non-arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay confirmed.
- Guest departing before their booked check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights of the original reservation confirmation.
- Free cancellation or reservation changes for the Special Room Types (Sapphire Villa, Emerald Villa, Tiara Villa, Crown Villa, Amber Lagoon Villa, Horizon Suite, Grand Family Suite, Crown Horizon Suite and Crown Signature Suite) are possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellations of Special Room Types (Sapphire Villa, Emerald Villa, Tiara Villa, Crown Villa, Amber Lagoon Villa, Horizon Suite, Grand Family Suite, Crown Horizon Suite and Crown Signature Suite) received less than 30 days before the arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to the total cost of the stay.
- At least 14 days before the arrival date, for requests of reservation changes ( accommodation dates, number of person, room categories ) can be accepted for once and the current prices and conditions which are valid at the time of the request will be applied.
