Undoubtedly one of the best family holiday destinations in Turkey, Antalya has plenty on offer for a truly unforgettable holiday experience that the whole family will love.

1. Adventure Parks – A day out at an adventure park is one of the top things to do in Antalya with kids. And the number one adventure park in Antalya is Aktur Park. Aktur Park is great even for thrill-seeking parents, with plenty of rides for everyone, from a classic Ferris wheel to the thrilling horror tunnel (not for the faint hearted). Plus, if you go after dark there’s a real festive atmosphere with all the brightly coloured lights. You may end up loving it so much the kids will be dragging you home! For a slightly more low-key adventure park, Regnum Adventure Park is located in a beautiful pine forests and is designed for visitors to experience an “adventure in the trees”. Get hands on and push yourself to the limit on the climbing walls or take a leap of faith on the freefall and zip-line rides. Great for your little adrenaline junkies!

2. Sealanya Dolphinpark – This is not to be missed if your kids love the sea! Sealanya Dolphinpark offers you the chance to get really up close and personal with marine life. Snorkel amongst the fishes as you swim in-between incredible underwater corals, see how close you can get to the sharks, touch and feed the stingrays and get blown away by the dolphins.

3. Sandland – One of the largest sand sculpting events in the world, The International Antalya Sand Sculpture Festival (Sandland) exhibits hundreds of sand sculptures often vast in size. This unusual and unique activity, which reflects the most natural and magnificent aspects of art, is held each year with a different theme. The Sandland tradition has become one of the most important cultural and artistic events of Antalya and Turkey, each year drawing more and more visitors.

4. Antalya Aquarium – The largest tunnel aquarium in the world awaits! With some 131 metres in length and 3 metres wide with a capacity of more than 5 million litres, this tunnel aquarium has plenty of variety to keep you and the little ones entertained. And as if that wasn’t enough, there’s also the Snow World Ice Museum, with an area of 1500 square meters. When it reaches over 40° outside, the Snow World Ice Museum is a chilly escape with temperatures of -5° and it really does snow here at night! It’s an experience not to be missed and a perfect way to cool off.

5. River Rafting – If you’re a family of daredevils then why not try river rafting! White water rafting is an exhilarating experience and incredibly refreshing on hot Turkish summer days. Enjoy the scenery as you raft through some of the most amazing mountain views in Antalya. Antalya is a great place to try river rafting and there are plenty of companies offering competitive river rafting experiences including Fortune Rafting, Novaraft and Dallas Rafting, so it’s easy to book your family day out on (or in) the river.

6. Dinopark – Discover the prehistoric inhabitants of Antalya. Nestled among the forests is Dinopark, with a plethora of extinct dinosaur models wandering around and roaring like the real deal. There’s also the opportunity for kids to dig for dinosaur bones in the Fossil Pool and everything from 7-D cinema and planetarium to a climbing wall and pony rides.

7. Waterparks – A day out at a waterpark is the ideal way to cool off with the family. Antalya Aquapark is the leading water park in the Turkish Riviera. Here there are water attractions for all ages plus the wave pool, Kid’s Lagoon, twisting slides, no end descents, relaxing pools and crazy rivers.
